In February, 2009 we were left an estate home (and mortgage) that we didn't know what to do with.  It was not in the best of shape ~ shall we renovate and rent it or try to sell it?  I was given Ole's contact information from a trusted friend, and I got in touch with him.  He acted immediately on my requests; giving me a full balanced view of what I could do either way, knowing full well that if we chose to renovate we wouldn't need his services.
